Welcome to Serene. By accessing or using our website, products, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and all other applicable policies (Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, etc.). If you don’t agree, don’t use our Service.

  • For subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy items, billing and timing will follow the specific policies for those.

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount due, including renewal charges, taxes, shipping, and adjustments.

4. Price, Taxes, & Shipping

  • Prices for Products may change without notice, but changes won’t affect orders already placed (unless there is a clear pricing error).

  • You are responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country on international orders.

  • Shipping terms (cost, method, delivery times) are per our Shipping Policy.

5. Subscriptions, Pre-orders & Try-Before-You-Buy

Refer to our dedicated Cancellation Policy / Subscription Policy (or similar) for details about how subscriptions renew, how pre-orders are handled, and how trial items work. In short:

  • You may cancel or modify subscriptions (via portal or email).

  • You may cancel pre-orders before fulfillment.

  • For try-before-you-buy, you have a specified trial period; at its end, payment is captured if not returned.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please read that policy carefully — it sets out eligibility, timing, and process.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Service (text, graphics, logos, images, code, designs, etc.) is owned or licensed by Serene and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from the Service without our express written permission.

  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Serene and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, losses, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the Service or Products

  • Your negligent or wrongful act or omission

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access, accounts, or Services, with or without cause and with or without notice, at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will survive.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
